Westbrook has a median listing price of all homes for sale of $212,690: of those, the low is $50,000 and the high is $650,000. The current number of single-family properties on the market in Westbrook is 137, with 24 of those currently under contract to be sold.

Of the 24 properties currently under contract, the median listing price is $189,950: of those, the low is $50,000 and the high is $377,800.

In the past 12 months, 166 properties in Westbrook have been sold, with a median number of days on the market of 56, and with a median sale price of $177,250, an average of 98% of the listing price.

Gorham:

Gorham has a median listing price of all homes for sale of $249,900: of those, the low is $50,000 and the high is $989,900. The current number of single-family properties on the market in Gorham is 112, with 23 of those currently under contract to be sold.

Of the 23 properties currently under contract, the median listing price is $199,900: of those, the low is $67,500 and the high is $363,900.
